Comic News: Abrams ComicArts at Comic-Con

Comic-Con is right around the corner—be sure to stop by booth #1216 to see what’s new at Abrams ComicArts! And follow us on Twitter for updates and giveaways @AbramsComicArts.

We’re going to have cool giveaways, raffles, and author signings this year. Here’s a taste of what’s in store:

Sneak preview of Alan Moore’s new book, 25,000 Years of Erotic Freedom. It won’t be available in stores until October, but we’ll be raffling off three copies—one per day, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Steampunk fans unite! We’re raffling off a package of Boilerplate goodies including a handmade robot.

Avatar mania will rule the show! And we’re publishing the tie-in book, The Art of Avatar. I would tell you more here, but I’d have to kill you. Stop by our booth for more information.

Kids, we didn’t forget about you! We’ll have TOON Treasury of Classic Children’s Comics posters complete with brainteasers on the back, galleys for NERDS by Michael Buckley, and Wimpy Kid bookmarks for the kid (or kid-at-heart) in your life.

Plus cool posters for Manga Kamishibai and Graffiti World. And last but not least, our very own ComicArts catalog, designed by Chip Kidd!
