Chris Giarrusso - 5 Quick Questions

Chris Giarrusso is an American comic book artist best known for creating the Mini Marvels strips, featuring Marvel superheroes as children, which have appeared as back up features in many Marvel comics. He also created Comic Bits which features his own character, G-Man, that appeared in Savage Dragon comics for Image Comics.

He agreed to answer 5 Quick Questions.

1) What would you say is your greatest achievement in comics?
MINI MARVELS: SECRET INVASION digest, on sale in February 2009!

2) Who was your favorite writer or artist that you worked with & why?
Marc Sumerak, because he wrote a great Civil War story I drew called CIVIL WARDS, which will be included in the MINI MARVELS: SECRET INVASION digest.

3) What character you have never worked .., would you like to do & why?
Green Lantern is one of my all time favorites. I'd love to do a Mini Green Lantern story with Hal, John, and Guy.

4) Who are your influences?
Charles Schulz, Erik Larsen, and my brother Dave

5) What hero or villain would you like to change if you could and why?
I'd probably turn any hero or villain into a kid, because that's like my thing that I do. Read more...
